The front-loading Roto-Cabinet type bins cleaning machine consists of rotating trolley with bins basket, rotation arrangement, washing chamber, liquid tanks, cleaning manifolds and hot air blow system. It also consists of pneumatically operated front door, wash pumps, heating system, liquid filtration system and logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks incorporated for smooth functioning of the system. When the `Cycle Start’ button is pressed, the front door closes automatically and the basket starts rotating. During the rotation, the solution (water along with chemical) from the tank is pumped with the help of centrifugal pump to wash chamber thru inline filter onto the components to attain higher degree of cleaning results. From wash chamber it drains back to the tank via a basket filter. Spray pressure indicator (Glycerin filled pressure gauge) is provided to monitor the line pressure. Low water level indication and Digital temperature indicator cum controller is provided on the control panel.
